At The Body Spa & Cryo, we strive to provide excellent and personalized services to all our clients in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have updated our cancellation and no-show policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least 24 hour’s notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This gives us sufficient time to fill the appointment slot with another client.
- A $30 cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made within the 24-hour window prior to the appointment time, for each service canceled. This policy applies without exceptions.
No-Show Policy:
In cases where there is no prior call to cancel, and the client does not show up:
- A no-show will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee. We understand that emergencies can happen and are therefore offering a 24-hour grace period after your appointment time for you to contact us; following this, the fee will be reduced to $30.
Gift Certificates, Memberships and Packages:
Any no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hour’s notice) will be charged a $30 fee.
Frequent Cancellations:
After two missed appointments without proper notice, clients will be required to prepay for future services before bookings. This also applies immediately to any client who fails to show up for an appointment without any prior notification.
Booking Requirements:
- To book an appointment, we require your name, email, and phone number.
- A credit card must be on file to secure your booking.
- An intake form must be completed prior to receiving your service. Updating intake forms may also be required.
- Prepayment may be required for booking multiple services on the same day.
VA Bookings:
VA bookings cannot be made online and are subject to specific terms. Two no-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in a ban from future bookings. Please note that therapist requests cannot be accommodated, and the therapist for your appointment cannot be guaranteed. This policy is agreed upon with the VA and is non-negotiable.
