Whether you need a relaxation massage, sports massage, deep tissue massage, or specific targeted work, your massage therapist will pull from their tool box of continued education to tailor the perfect session for your requested wants and needs.

We currently have 7 massage therapists on staff. Each therapist is experienced and has taken numerous continued education classes and have been personally trained by our owner who has over 18 years of experience in the massage field.

We offer a wide range of massage services including relaxation, deep tissue, sports recovery, prenatal, TMJ-focused therapy, reflexology, and targeted cupping. Each session is customized to your needs, and enhancements like cupping or warm bamboo can be added at no extra cost.

Yes! We have seven experienced massage therapists on staff, each trained in various modalities. You’re welcome to request a specific therapist or let us know your preferences—pressure, focus areas, or techniques—so we can tailor your session accordingly.

We proudly accept VA referrals for massage therapy. We also accept Care Credit, HSA, cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Prenatal massage is safe and beneficial for moms-to-be after the first trimester. Our therapists use reclined and side-lying positions to ensure comfort and safety throughout your session.

Targeted cupping uses gentle suction to increase circulation, release muscle tension, and promote healing in specific areas. It’s a popular enhancement for deep tissue or sports recovery sessions—and it’s included at no extra charge.
