“Tara and her team are absolutely wonderful! My back has always been problematic and after a massage session it was like having a whole new back! Place was clean and relaxing! I did cryotherapy (albeit a bit wary at first as I am super afraid of being cold) and after two sessions, I was hooked. Unfortunately I am now stuck in Hong Kong but once travelling is safe again, I am definitely flying back to visit Tara and her team at the Body Spa to get my cryotherapy fix!!! I can’t recommend the Body Spa enough! Tara is passionate about her trade and really knows her stuff!”

I would recommend cyrotherapy to anyone, don't be afraid of getting cold because it's not like being outside and being cold! The 3 mins go by quick too.”
